They are looking for a creative and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing international production team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of the production team, you will support all marketing collateral and help refine brand identities. You will contribute to the agency’s success by:
- Producing high-quality digital and offline content, including Facebook ads, landing pages, and printed collateral.
- Building engaging HTML5 digital display assets and executing creative ideas from scratch or existing briefs.
- Developing innovative design solutions and providing insights to improve internal creative processes.
- Creating and editing animations and video content to enhance multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborating proactively with stakeholders to ensure all designs meet high standards and client budget constraints.
- Managing project timelines independently to deliver exceptional work before established deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 to 8 years of professional digital design experience, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry.
- In-depth proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute designs for both digital and print media.
- Experience working in a sole designer or small team capacity, taking full responsibility for a brief from concept to delivery.
- Excellent skills in managing expectations and communicating proactively with managers and team members.
- Previous experience working from home and comfort using time-tracking and project management software like ClickUp.
Bonus Points For
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience creating assets using HTML5.
- Prior experience working with Western agencies or international clients.
